The clip comes from Tsukiusa, also written as Yue Tu, a Japanese virtual idol associated with the Vaidol scene. Her guhehe laugh became a reusable voice sample online because it captures a specific anime trope of mischievous, self-satisfied giggling in just over a second. Fans share short voice lines like this for VTuber edits, anime memes, and reaction videos where a full laugh would be too long, and the brevity makes it easy to sync to facial expressions and quick cuts.
