Mandark is Dexter's long-running rival in Dexter's Laboratory, the Cartoon Network animated series about a boy genius with a secret laboratory. As the show's resident schemer, Mandark often laughs when he believes he has outsmarted Dexter, and clips of that laugh have circulated among animation fans and meme editors for years. The extended version is especially popular because it gives creators a longer, more theatrical reaction to drop into edits, reaction videos and cartoon compilations, keeping a familiar 1990s cartoon villain moment alive for new audiences.

The extended laugh of Mandark from Dexter's Laboratory, Dexter's scheming rival, in a mocking cackle. Creators use it for villain reveals and sarcastic wins.
This is an extended take on Mandark's signature laugh from Dexter's Laboratory, stretched out so the joke lands longer than a single chuckle. It starts with a high, nasal snicker that quickly builds into a loud, theatrical cackle, full of exaggerated gasps and rising pitch as Mandark revels in his own cleverness. The delivery feels smug and deliberately overdone, like a cartoon villain who cannot resist gloating. Played over a reveal or a petty victory, it instantly frames the moment as mischievous and a little unhinged, turning a normal win into a full evil-genius celebration.
