Ghostface is the masked killer from the Scream films, brought into Mortal Kombat 1 as a playable guest fighter. His 'That's BS' line comes from that appearance, where his dry, mocking delivery fits the character's habit of taunting opponents before a fight. Once players started clipping voice lines from matches, the phrase spread as a short reaction sound for gaming videos and memes about unfair losses. It has stayed popular because the wording is instantly relatable and needs no context to land.

Ghostface's frustrated 'That's BS' line from Mortal Kombat 1, used as a reaction sound for unfair moments, bad calls and rage clips in gaming edits.
This short clip captures Ghostface delivering a blunt, annoyed 'That's BS' in Mortal Kombat 1, with the voice landing flat and exasperated rather than shouting. The delivery is quick and dismissive, cutting through gameplay noise with a tone that reads instantly as disbelief. At just over four seconds, it works as a punchline on its own, giving a moment of frustration a voice without needing extra explanation. Viewers recognise the sarcastic edge straight away, which makes the clip feel like a shared joke about unfair fights, cheap losses and moments that simply do not add up.
