The clip comes from the Russian dub of Cars, the 2006 Pixar film released as Tachki in Russian, where Lightning McQueen is the red race car hero. Russian speaking fans cut his ready line from the film and shared it on soundboards and short video edits, where the stretched opening became instantly recognisable. It survives because McQueen is a widely known character and the performance works even without context, letting Russian meme pages reuse it for cars, racing games and any overconfident preparation moment online.

Russian clip of Lightning McQueen saying oh yes, he is ready, taken from Cars. Used as a meme reaction for excitement, confidence and pre-race hype.
This is a drawn out Russian voice clip of Lightning McQueen building himself up, stretching the opening ohhh before landing on a satisfied yes, McQueen is ready. The delivery is slow, smug and overly confident, like a racer talking himself into a win before the lights even change. That stretched vowel and cocky pause are what make it funny, because the line sounds far more dramatic than the moment needs. Played over a normal face, a car starting up or someone preparing for something small, it instantly turns confidence into a parody of itself.
