Omaru Polka is a virtual YouTuber from Hololive's Japanese branch, where she performs as a circus ringmaster with a famously theatrical personality. The 'Yes, my queen' line became a fan-favourite clip that spread through Hololive highlight edits, meme compilations and fan-run soundboards, where it serves as a tongue-in-cheek oath of allegiance. It thrives in fan culture because Polka delivers even the silliest lines with total commitment, and the short two-second length makes it perfect for dropping into reaction videos, stream chats and short-form edits.

A voice clip of Hololive VTuber Omaru Polka saying the meme line 'Yes, my queen'. Fans drop it in edits and streams for loyalty pledges to a favourite queen.
The clip is a short, energetic voice line from Omaru Polka, the circus-themed virtual YouTuber of Hololive's fifth generation, declaring 'Yes, my queen' with theatrical devotion. Her bright, playful delivery — part fencer's bow, part loyal jester — makes it instantly quotable. Under two seconds long, it lands as a snappy pledge of allegiance that creators drop the moment someone on screen deserves worship: a clutch play, a perfect outfit, a friend's questionable but beloved decision. The charm is in Polka's earnestness; she does not sound ironic, which is exactly why the meme reads as funny.
