Himiko Toga is a villain from Kohei Horikoshi's My Hero Academia, first published as a manga in 2014 and adapted into a popular anime series. Known for her blood-based Quirk and obsessive love for people she admires, Toga often frames that fixation as friendship, which is why her saying tomodachi spread among fans. Short voice lines like this and tuturu get clipped for soundboards because one word instantly signals a character, letting editors add personality to memes, edits and streams without using a full scene.

Himiko Toga saying tomodachi from My Hero Academia, a short cute anime voice line used for villain edits, reactions and character fan videos.
This is a short voice clip of Himiko Toga saying tomodachi, the Japanese word for friend, in her bright and unsettling tone. The delivery sounds sweet on the surface but carries her obsessive, playful menace from My Hero Academia. In just two seconds the line captures her whole personality, cheerful, clingy and a little dangerous. Creators use that contrast to make a scene feel cute and creepy at the same time, turning an ordinary greeting or crush moment into a clear Toga reference that anime fans recognize instantly.
