Trevor Phillips is one of three playable protagonists in Grand Theft Auto V, released by Rockstar Games in 2013 and voiced by Steven Ogg. Known for violent outbursts and unpredictable behaviour, the character became a favourite for reaction clips as GTA videos spread across YouTube and social media. Short screams and rants were isolated into soundboard clips during the 2010s and later reused on TikTok and in meme edits, where Trevor's rage is played for comedy rather than menace, keeping the sound popular long after launch.

The Trevor Phillips scream from GTA 5 is a loud, angry shout from the game's most unhinged character, used for rage, chaos and sudden meltdown moments.
This clip captures Trevor Phillips letting out a raw, furious scream in Grand Theft Auto V, the kind of unfiltered outburst the character is famous for. The voice starts tense and quickly erupts into a harsh, strained yell that feels both threatening and absurd at the same time. At just over three seconds it is long enough to build tension before the peak hits. Viewers instantly read it as a complete loss of control, which is why it lands as comedy in edits despite the anger behind it, turning an ordinary frustration into an exaggerated meltdown.
