The clip comes from Granblue Fantasy's collaboration with THE iDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls, taken from Uzuki Shimamura's final fate episode. Uzuki, the earnest and cheerful idol at the centre of Cinderella Girls, became a popular guest character in Granblue, and her most exaggerated vocal moments were clipped by fans for soundboards. This brief scream spread among anime and gacha players who reuse short idol reactions in chats and edits, where its recognisable voice and instant excitement keep it circulating long after the collaboration event.

Short Uzuki Shimamura scream from the Granblue Fantasy Cinderella Girls collab final fate episode, used for excited anime reactions and meme edits.
Uzuki Shimamura lets out a very short, high pitched YAAAAAA that lasts less than a second but lands with huge energy. The clip is a single excited scream, bright and slightly strained, with no music or other voices behind it. It works because the burst is so sudden and earnest, turning a normal moment into an over the top celebration or panic. Viewers instantly read it as pure joy, surprise or fangirl excitement, which is why the tiny sound feels much bigger than its 0.8 second runtime and sticks in memory after one listen.
