Aki Tomoya's panicked scream from Saekano, voiced by Yoshitsugu Matsuoka, after seeing Utaha's surprising image. Ideal for anime reaction memes and edits.

Aki Tomoya's scream is a sudden, high-pitched burst of panic that rises fast and cracks slightly as he loses control, lasting just long enough to feel completely overblown. Voiced with frantic energy, it captures the exact moment a character sees something he was absolutely not prepared for, turning shock into comedy in a single breath. The delivery is loud, shaky, and unmistakably anime, which makes it instantly readable even without context. Used in an edit, it sells disbelief, embarrassment, and secondhand panic, pulling the viewer into the joke before they even know what Tomoya saw.

Profi-Tipp

Drop the scream exactly on the reveal frame, not before it, so the shock lands with the image, then hold a reaction shot for a beat. Pair it with a zoom, but do not loop it, as the panic loses impact on repeat.

Weitere Informationen

The scream comes from Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend, where Aki Tomoya is the aspiring game creator at the centre of the story, voiced by Yoshitsugu Matsuoka. In the scene, Tomoya reacts to an image sent by Utaha Kasumigaoka, and the exaggerated delivery turned the moment into a shareable reaction clip among anime fans. Short soundboard uploads kept it circulating for edits, memes, and reaction videos, where a single recognisable anime scream can communicate shock faster than dialogue.
