The sound comes from streamer CaseOh, whose loud, expressive reactions have made him a regular source of meme audio on streaming and short-form video platforms. In this moment he is reacting to a naked character appearing on screen, and his excited mispronunciation of naked as neked turned a brief surprise into a quotable line. Shared through soundboards and creator edits, it is now used as shorthand for catching something unexpected or inappropriate on camera, keeping the original streamer reaction at the centre of the joke.
