The Chipi Chipi hook comes from Dubidubidu, a 2003 song by Chilean singer Christell that went viral again on TikTok in late 2023 paired with a spinning cat GIF. Custer is a track from Slipknot's 2014 album .5: The Gray Chapter, known for its frantic drumming and repeated cut me up chant. Mashups placing soft viral songs against extreme metal became a common TikTok edit format, and this version uses that clash for comedy, letting a cheerful loop set up an unexpectedly brutal payoff in just a few seconds.
Über diesen Sound
A mashup of the cute Chapa Chapa cat song with Slipknot's heavy Custer riff, used for chaotic edits, sudden mood shifts and meme transitions.
This clip smashes two opposite energies together, starting with the bouncy, high pitched Chipi Chipi Chapa Chapa chant made famous by the spinning cat meme, then colliding it with the aggressive guitars and shouted vocals of Slipknot's Custer. The contrast is the joke, shifting from sweet and silly to loud and intense in seconds. It feels chaotic, funny and slightly unhinged, which makes a normal moment land like a sudden meltdown. Viewers expect something cute, so the heavy metal drop hits harder and turns the whole scene into a punchline about losing control completely online.
