Eric Andre is an American comedian best known for The Eric Andre Show, the surreal Adult Swim talk show built around awkward interviews, pranks and deliberately confusing humor. Clips of his deadpan one liners are widely clipped and reused online as reaction sounds because they work without any context. This LHR line follows that pattern, circulating on soundboards and in meme edits as a short, standalone joke. Its appeal is the randomness of the phrasing and Andre's delivery, which lets creators drop it into almost any conversation for an absurd interruption.
Über diesen Sound
Eric Andre delivers the LHR was a black man line in this short clip from his comedy show, used as a random reaction sound in meme edits and group chats.
This is a short spoken clip of comedian Eric Andre delivering the odd line about LHR being a black man with his usual deadpan, chaotic energy. The delivery is abrupt and out of context, which is exactly why it lands as funny, the sentence starts like a serious statement and ends somewhere completely unexpected. There is little buildup or explanation, just the voice, the timing and the strange specificity of the wording. Played on its own or dropped into a conversation, it creates a moment of confusion before the laugh, like a non sequitur nobody asked for.
