The clip is a trumpet cover of Happy Birthday shared with credit to the trumpet guy and Daily Dose of Internet, the viral clip channel known for spotlighting odd internet moments. Earrape edits like this became a staple of meme culture, where familiar songs are distorted to extreme loudness for comedic shock value. Birthday versions are especially popular because the tune is universally recognized, making the contrast between the sweet occasion and the blown-out brass hit even funnier. It now circulates mainly as a short prank sound.

A loud, distorted earrape trumpet cover of Happy Birthday, credited to the trumpet guy via Daily Dose of Internet. Used as a chaotic birthday prank greeting.
This is a ten-second blast of the Happy Birthday melody played on trumpet and pushed into heavy earrape distortion. The brass tone is loud, harsh and clipping from the first note, with the familiar tune barely surviving under crackling overdrive and blown-out volume spikes. Each phrase hits harder than expected, turning a cheerful celebration song into an aggressive wall of noise. Heard by a viewer, it creates instant shock followed by laughter, the classic bait of expecting something sweet and getting something painfully loud instead.
