His World comes from Sonic the Hedgehog from 2006, while Live and Learn is the theme of Sonic Adventure 2 from 2001, and both remain among the most recognisable rock themes in the Sonic series. This version combines them into a single versus mashup shared by the YouTube channel I Make Content, placing the two melodies in direct contrast rather than playing either song in full. Fans reuse it in Sonic edits and gaming montages, where the clash of two eras gives older players nostalgia and newer viewers an instant sense of rivalry.
Über diesen Sound
A mashup of Sonic themes His World and Live and Learn, blending the two Crush 40 songs into one high-energy track for edits, montages and gaming videos.
This 21-second mashup pits two iconic Sonic the Hedgehog themes against each other, weaving the driving guitars and soaring vocals of His World together with the anthemic chorus of Live and Learn. The track builds quickly, switching between the two melodies so each familiar hook lands harder than the last, creating a sense of rivalry and momentum. It sounds loud, fast and triumphant, with layered rock instrumentation that keeps the energy high from start to finish. For listeners who grew up with Sonic, it feels nostalgic and adrenaline-fuelled at once, like the soundtrack to a final boss fight or a comeback moment.
