The clip comes from Chidori no Oni Renchan, a Japanese variety show broadcast on January 8, 2023, featuring Hoikenta in a karaoke-themed segment. The show, hosted by the comedy duo Chidori, challenges guests to sing a run of songs without missing a note, which creates plenty of tense and funny vocal moments. Short excerpts like this one are often lifted from broadcasts and shared as soundboard clips, where the original context matters less than the instantly recognisable energy of the performance. That reuse keeps the moment alive in meme and reaction edits.
Über diesen Sound
Hoikenta's Karada Guu clip from the Japanese TV show Chidori no Oni Renchan, a short comedic vocal moment fans reuse in memes and reaction edits.
This short clip captures Hoikenta in a playful, over-the-top vocal moment from the Japanese variety show Chidori no Oni Renchan, where his delivery turns a simple phrase into something unexpectedly funny. The voice is bright, energetic and slightly strained, with a cartoonish rise and fall that makes it land like a punchline even without subtitles. Heard on its own, it feels like a burst of chaotic enthusiasm, the kind of sound that makes a reaction video or meme edit feel louder and sillier. Its brevity is part of the charm, giving editors a quick jolt of personality to drop into a scene.
