Little is confirmed about the exact source of this clip, which circulates online under the user-submitted name laugh ghost Bingus, so it is best understood as a short meme sound rather than a line from a known film or show. Its appeal comes from that ambiguity: the ghostly laugh works across Halloween posts, reaction videos and playful edits without needing viewers to recognise a specific character. Short, distinctive sounds like this tend to keep circulating because they are easy to reuse, instantly set a spooky but funny tone, and fit neatly into ten-second clips and edits.
Über diesen Sound
A short laughing ghost Bingus sound effect with a spooky, playful giggle that creators use for funny jump scares, Halloween edits and meme reactions.
This ten-second clip pairs a high-pitched, mischievous laugh with a ghostly Bingus-style character, giving it a mix of creepy and cartoonish energy that lands somewhere between a Halloween haunt and a silly meme. The laugh starts sharp and bubbly, then stretches into a wavering, echoing giggle that feels playful rather than frightening, making it easy to drop over a sudden reveal or a character popping into frame. Listeners tend to smile at the contrast: the sound is spooky enough to signal something strange is happening, but light enough to keep the moment funny instead of scary.
