The exact origin of this meow laugh is unclear, but the clip circulated online as a short viral funny audio, shared with drawn-out spellings like meowww and heeeee and laughing cat emojis. Its appeal comes from the mashup of a cute pet sound and a classic cartoon villain laugh, which made it easy to reuse far beyond any single video. Creators now drop it over pets, gaming fails and reaction edits whenever a character looks pleased with their own mischief, and the stretched opening makes it recognizable before the laugh even starts.
Über diesen Sound
A silly cat meow that stretches into a long maniacal ha ha ha laugh, used in memes and funny edits to mock, tease or react to a mischievous moment.
This clip starts with an exaggerated drawn-out meow that quickly slips into a theatrical ha ha ha laugh, like a cartoon cat villain celebrating a prank. The voice stretches the meowww and heee sounds, making it feel both cute and smug at the same time. It does not sound like a real recorded cat, more like a human impression played for comedy. That mix of pet-like squeak and evil laugh makes the moment instantly silly, turning a normal reaction into a teasing, over-the-top punchline viewers recognize right away.
