Neco-Arc is the catlike chibi parody of Arcueid Brunestud from TYPE-MOON's Tsukihime visual novel, later popularised through the Melty Blood fighting games and Carnival Phantasm comedy shorts. Her high pitched voice lines and buranya noises became a staple of anime meme culture online, shared as reaction sounds and edited into short videos. This Love and Death line follows that tradition, taking a dramatic phrase and making it part of her chaotic comic persona that fans still quote and remix across social media and soundboards today.

Neco-Arc saying Love and Death in her high pitched chibi voice from Tsukihime and Melty Blood, used for cute anime memes and reaction edits.
This is a short voice clip of Neco-Arc delivering the phrase Love and Death in her squeaky, exaggerated chibi voice. The delivery is fast, playful and slightly chaotic, with the contrast between the cute tone and the dramatic words making it instantly funny. It lands like a punchline rather than a serious line, cutting through a scene for a second before it ends. Viewers recognise the character from the voice alone, and the clip works because that tiny, catlike energy turns an ominous phrase into pure anime meme timing.
