Phantom Mangle is a spectral version of Mangle, the mangled fox-like animatronic introduced in Five Nights at Freddy's 2, and returns in Five Nights at Freddy's 3 from 2015. Its jumpscare clip spread through FNAF gameplay videos, fan edits and soundboards, where fans isolated the scream for reuse outside the game. Because the sound is instantly recognisable to horror-game fans, it remains a popular choice for jumpscare edits, reaction clips and Halloween-themed videos years after the game's release.
Über diesen Sound
The Phantom Mangle jumpscare scream from Five Nights at Freddy's 3 is a sharp, distorted shriek used in horror edits, reaction videos and memes.
This three-second clip captures the sudden, high-pitched screech Phantom Mangle unleashes during a jumpscare in Five Nights at Freddy's 3. It opens with a harsh metallic tearing noise before breaking into a distorted, almost animal-like scream that feels deliberately loud and jarring. The sound is designed to startle, cutting through quiet gameplay or edited footage with no warning and leaving a brief ringing shock behind it. Even out of context, it instantly signals danger, panic and a horror-game jumpscare, which is why it works so well as a punchline or a sudden scare.
