Known online by the Spanish phrase alerta por subnormal, this clip circulates on Spanish-speaking soundboards and meme pages as a joke alarm. Subnormal is used colloquially as a harsh insult for someone acting foolishly, which explains why the siren is treated as a warning signal. The tiriri siren loop has been reused in short edits, reaction posts and chat audios, where its meaning is understood even without the original context, especially when someone is about to embarrass themselves in front of others.

Spanish meme alert sound with a rising siren wail used to jokingly warn that someone foolish is approaching or about to say something stupid online.
This is a short Spanish meme alert built around a looping siren that goes tiriri, paired with the idea of warning everyone that a 'subnormal' has appeared. The siren rises and repeats like an emergency alarm, but the joke is in the exaggeration, treating a silly comment or clumsy moment as a full public hazard. It lands instantly in edits because viewers recognise the alarm pattern before any caption appears, turning an ordinary fail, bad take or awkward entrance into a mock emergency announcement.
