Little is documented about the original recording behind this clip, which circulated on TikTok under the name tima.m and was shared mainly for its loud, laughing cat vocal. As reposts spread, editors began using it as a standalone reaction rather than as part of a longer pet video. It sits alongside other short animal reaction clips like miau triste in soundboard collections, and its popularity comes from how quickly it signals mockery without needing dialogue, captions or context to explain the joke being made.
Über diesen Sound
A loud cat laugh sound effect from a viral TikTok clip, featuring an exaggerated feline cackle used for funny reactions, pet edits and meme videos.
This sound is a short, very loud clip of a cat that sounds like it is laughing, with repeated high pitched meows that rise and fall like a human cackle. The volume and timing make it feel sudden and over the top, so even a still photo of a pet suddenly seems to be mocking everything on screen. It works because the laugh is unmistakably feline but follows a familiar laughing rhythm, turning an ordinary cat moment into an instant punchline.
