No verified source, creator or original video has been identified for this clip, so its life is entirely online as a shared joke title. It circulates in meme soundboard culture alongside other short, context-free phrases that work because viewers fill in the missing story themselves. The Berlin setting and the slang term give it a oddly specific flavor that makes reposts funnier, and its brevity helps it travel easily between TikTok edits, Discord servers and short-form reaction compilations without needing any setup or explanation.
Über diesen Sound
A short meme audio clip about Tom gooning in Berlin, dropped in as a random punchline for awkward captions, travel edits and reaction videos.
This is a very short meme sound built around the phrase Tom is gooning in Berlin, delivered as a flat, throwaway caption-style joke. The humor comes from how specific and random the image feels, pairing a common first name with internet slang and a European capital for no clear reason. At under two seconds it lands instantly, more like a spoken sticker than a full clip. Viewers hear it as an absurd non sequitur that interrupts a normal video, making an ordinary moment feel suddenly unhinged and shareable.
