The clip is a Portuguese-language parody built on Kungs and Cookin' on 3 Burners' This Girl, keeping the original's dance groove while replacing its lyrics with a tongue-in-cheek hook. Shared as a short soundboard and social clip, it travelled through Brazilian meme circles, where its catchy rhythm and absurd lyric made it easy to reuse. It remains popular because the melody is instantly recognisable, the joke is delivered in seconds, and the sound fits reaction videos, edits and party compilations without needing much context.
Über diesen Sound
A Brazilian parody of Kungs and Cookin' on 3 Burners' This Girl, built around a cheeky vocal hook about sniffing powder. Perfect for playful reaction clips.
This twelve-second clip reworks the funky groove of This Girl into a short Brazilian parody, keeping the bouncy rhythm while swapping in a mischievous Portuguese vocal line. The singing is playful and exaggerated, riding over a bright, danceable beat that makes the joke land instantly even before listeners catch every word. It feels like a party chant rather than a serious cover, with the repeated hook sticking in the head and inviting a knowing laugh. Played over a video, it turns an ordinary moment into something cheeky, energetic and deliberately over the top.
