This sting comes from Forsaken, the Roblox asymmetrical horror game where survivors face off against killers drawn from horror icons. Slasher is the game's take on Jason Voorhees, the masked camp killer, and this clip captures his updated round-start intro. Forsaken edits exploded across TikTok and YouTube Shorts, where creators use killer intros, chase music and jumpscare sounds as the backbone of their memes. Because the intro plays every time Slasher enters a match, players hear it constantly, which turned a short game sting into a recognisable meme sound.

The new intro sting for Slasher, the Jason-style killer in the Roblox horror game Forsaken. Creators drop it over villain entrances, jumpscares and horror memes.
Clocking in at under five seconds, the Vanity Slasher intro is a short, punchy musical sting built for a killer reveal. It opens with a tense swell that snaps into a heavy, dramatic hit, the kind of sound that tells you something dangerous just stepped into frame. Paired with a slow zoom or a screen shake, it gives viewers an instant jolt of dread mixed with hype, like the start of a boss fight. It is short enough to loop cleanly under a meme caption yet dramatic enough to carry an entire edit on its own.
