DMX released X Gon' Give It To Ya in December 2002 as the lead single from the Cradle 2 the Grave soundtrack, and it became one of his signature songs. Produced by Shatek, the track later saw a major revival after featuring in Deadpool in 2016, which pushed the hook back into trailers, sports packages, and meme edits. The short shouted chorus proved ideal for soundboards and short form video, where creators reuse it as an instant hype cue that needs no setup or explanation.

The opening hook from DMX's X Gon' Give It To Ya, a loud rap chant used for hype entrances, gym edits, prank reveals and sudden challenge moments.
This is the aggressive opening chant from DMX's 2002 hip hop anthem X Gon' Give It To Ya, built around his gravelly shouted delivery of the title line over a hard, minimal beat. The five second clip captures the moment the hook hits, with the barked vocal sitting right at the front and no build up before it. It lands as an instant warning and a boast at the same time, which is why it feels so confrontational even out of context. Listeners recognize the energy immediately, and the short burst makes any scene feel louder, tougher, and deliberately over the top.
