The sound comes from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond is Unbreakable, where Okuyasu Nijimura summons The Hand, known in Japanese as Za Hando. The Stand can erase space, pulling distant objects together or removing whatever stands in its way, and its name became a shorthand joke among fans for deleting anything unwanted. Like Za Warudo and the To Be Continued meme, it spread through anime edits, reaction videos and short-form clips, where a single shout signals an instant disappearance. Its short length and instantly recognisable JoJo style keep it useful for punchline edits.

The Za Hando sound from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, shouted by Okuyasu Nijimura as his Stand erases space. Fans use it for dramatic reveals, edits and meme clips.
This short clip captures Okuyasu Nijimura calling out his Stand, The Hand, in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond is Unbreakable. The voice is loud, urgent and slightly rough, rising into the familiar Japanese pronunciation of the Stand's name before a sharp, space-erasing impact lands underneath it. The sudden shift from a human shout to a strange, tearing effect makes the moment feel both powerful and absurd, which is why it works so well outside the anime. Even without seeing Okuyasu, listeners instantly sense a dramatic power being unleashed and something about to vanish.
