Sobre este sonido

The intense My War opening theme from Attack on Titan Season 4, used for dramatic anime edits, war scenes, reveals and high-stakes meme moments.

This short clip captures the dark, pounding energy of My War, the opening theme for Attack on Titan's final season. Driving drums, urgent strings and chant-like vocals build a feeling of marching into battle, even in only a few seconds. It sounds heavy and relentless rather than heroic, matching a story about soldiers facing impossible odds. Played over a reveal, a charge or a tense stand-off, it instantly raises the stakes and makes an ordinary scene feel like the start of an all-out war that nobody can walk away from unchanged.

Consejo profesional

Start the clip right before a charge, transformation or plot twist lands, and let the chant swell under the cut to black. Keep dialogue low or silent during it, because the drums and vocals will drown out speech and lose their impact if looped.

Cómo lo usa la gente

Drop it over an anime army marching into battle.
Use it before a boss fight reveal in edits.

Más información

My War is performed by Shinsei Kamattechan and served as the opening theme for Attack on Titan's fourth season, marketed as The Final Season, which began in 2020. Its militaristic chanting and bleak tone reflected the series shifting toward open war between nations. Clips of the opening spread widely through anime edits, trailers and reaction videos, where the short build works without needing the full song. Its use in fan edits sits alongside other dramatic anime themes like Giorno's Theme, and it remains popular for turning confrontations into declarations of war.

Preguntas frecuentes

What is the Attack on Titan Season 4 opening song?

The opening song is My War, performed by the Japanese rock band Shinsei Kamattechan. This clip is a short excerpt from that theme, built around chanting vocals, heavy drums and urgent orchestral sounds that match the final season's focus on war.

Why is My War so different from earlier Attack on Titan openings?

Earlier openings sounded heroic and defiant, while My War feels darker, more frantic and militaristic. That shift mirrors Season 4, where the conflict expands beyond the walls and the line between enemy and hero becomes much harder to see in the story.

How do creators use the My War sound in edits?

Creators place the clip at the start of battle edits, character entrances, boss fights and dramatic reveals. The chant builds tension in seconds, so it works best under silent footage or a hard cut, rather than underneath dialogue viewers need to hear clearly.
