Começou is Portuguese for it has begun, and the phrase attached to Super Star Soccer gives this clip its soccer game framing online. Because the announcement is so brief, it has spread as a reusable start signal in short edits, gaming clips and soccer memes shared by Portuguese speaking creators. Viewers recognise the intent immediately even without context, which is why it keeps being reused for races, challenges and match intros rather than for longer commentary or narration scenes.
Sobre este sonido
Short Portuguese announcer clip from Super Star Soccer saying comecou, used to signal a match, game or challenge is officially starting now.
This is a very short game start announcement built around the Portuguese word começou, meaning it started. A lively announcer voice delivers the line with rising energy, as if a soccer match is kicking off the moment the whistle blows. The clip lasts just over a second, so the impact is instant and unmistakable. It turns an ordinary beginning into a small event, adding excitement and a hint of comedy when it is dropped over footage that is far less dramatic than a stadium kickoff deserves.
