Jonkler is an intentionally misspelled version of the Joker, the Batman villain, turned into a brainrot style meme character online. The spelling spread through TikTok and short form edits where distorted voices, deep fried images and absurd captions are part of the joke. This laugh leans into that version, taking the classic villain cackle and stretching it into something sillier and more menacing. It remains popular alongside clips like the baby laughing meme because creators can drop it into almost any scene to signal fake evil intent instantly.

The Evil Jonkler Laugh is a dark maniacal villain cackle from a viral meme, used for dramatic reveals, unhinged jokes and twisted edits online.
This clip is a drawn out evil laugh performed in a deep, theatrical villain style, with each burst getting louder and more unhinged. It sounds less like natural laughter and more like a comic book bad guy enjoying his own plan a little too much. The slow build is what sells it, letting the joke sit in awkward silence before the cackle takes over the whole scene. Viewers instantly read it as mock menace rather than real threat, which makes an ordinary moment feel dramatically sinister, smug and completely over the top.
