The clip comes from Game Grumps and their Kirby's Grump Course series, specifically Part 52, where a riff about Prilosec turns into a running gag tied to Larry the Cable Guy and his association with the heartburn brand. Fans clipped the exchange and shared it on soundboards, where the blunt phrase consume Prilosec became the searchable hook. It survives less as a full episode moment and more as a short, quotable joke that Game Grumps fans recognise instantly and reuse in streams, edits and meme compilations.

Game Grumps Prilosec clip from Kirby's Grump Course Part 52, where the hosts riff on Larry the Cable Guy and the ad, used for fake ad reads and comedy edits.
This is a short Game Grumps moment built around a goofy Prilosec bit, delivered in the loose, improvised style the duo are known for during their Kirby playthrough. The joke leans on the contrast between a mundane heartburn product and an over the top impression style associated with Larry the Cable Guy. The delivery is casual and conversational rather than polished, which makes the punchline feel like an inside joke between friends. Viewers hear it as a quick burst of nostalgia for mid 2010s lets play humor and often replay it for that familiar back and forth energy.
