The clip is listed as taken from the SCR wiki, which documents Stepford County Railway, and its tags point to the Class 801 electric train in that game. The Class 801 is also a real high speed electric train known for quiet, fast acceleration, which is why its pass by sound works as a generic speed cue online. Short train effects like this circulate through soundboards and editing packs because they are easy to drop onto gameplay, memes and travel footage without needing a long railway recording.
Sobre este sonido
High speed train sound effect from the SCR wiki featuring a Class 801 electric pass by. Creators use it for fast travel, transit and railway edits.
This is a very brief high speed train effect, just over half a second of an electric train rushing past at speed. The sound is a tight whoosh with a faint electric hum underneath, clean and punchy rather than long and rumbling. Because it ends so quickly, it feels like a flash of motion rather than a full journey. Placed over a cut it makes a vehicle, character or object feel suddenly fast, and the abruptness adds a comic jolt when something darts across the screen or disappears in an instant.
