While the exact source clip behind this sound is not widely documented, Infarto di Cuore has circulated online as a short Italian reaction sound that creators reuse whenever a moment needs instant, exaggerated drama. Its appeal comes from the universality of the joke: a minor shock is treated as a medical emergency, so the reaction feels funny even without a translation. Shared through meme edits, reaction videos and short-form posts, it has survived because it is quick, instantly readable and easy to drop over almost any surprising clip.
Sobre este sonido
The Infarto di Cuore sound is a short Italian reaction clip used for shocking, stressful or over-the-top moments in memes, edits and short-form videos.
Infarto di Cuore is a short Italian reaction sound built around the dramatic phrase for a heart attack, delivered as an exaggerated response to something shocking, stressful or unexpectedly intense. In just under seven seconds, it lands with a sudden, theatrical punch that makes an ordinary mishap feel like a full-blown crisis, which is exactly why it works so well over failed attempts, jump scares and over-the-top reveals. The Italian wording adds an extra layer of comedy and drama for viewers who recognise the phrase, while the urgent tone carries the joke even for those who do not, turning a brief moment of panic into a punchline.
