Mortis is the top hat wearing undertaker brawler from Supercell's Brawl Stars, a character built around smug, theatrical villain lines. Clips of his laugh were lifted from gameplay and voice line videos and shared across meme pages and soundboards, where the exaggerated cackle became a shortcut for chaotic evil energy. Its short length and clear build from a chuckle to a shout made it easy to reuse in edits, and it remains popular for gaming montages, reaction videos and ironic villain moments online today.

Mortis chaotic laugh from Brawl Stars is a manic villain cackle used in memes, edits and gaming videos for evil, chaotic or unhinged moments.
This is a short, high pitched cackle that starts with a drawn out hahaha before exploding into a faster, louder HAHAHA burst. The delivery feels theatrical and villainous rather than friendly, with the pitch rising as the laugh loses control. It sounds like a cartoon undertaker celebrating a trick that just worked. Lasting only a few seconds, it lands as a punchline on its own, turning a normal fail, jump scare or smug victory into something deliberately over the top and a little unhinged for the viewer watching.
