The clip comes from Family Guy, the long running animated sitcom centred on Peter Griffin, whose reckless behaviour is a constant source of reaction memes. Short excerpts like this one spread through meme pages, group chats and soundboards because the question works without any setup or explanation of the scene. The crack wording gives it a sharper, more absurd edge than a normal what are you doing reaction, so creators keep reusing it for moments that look unhinged, reckless or impossible to justify to anyone watching.
Sobre este sonido
Peter Griffin asking what are you doing in this short Family Guy crack meme clip, used as a shocked reaction when someone is caught doing something absurd.
This is a brief Family Guy meme clip built around the line Peter what are you doing, delivered with confused disbelief before the crack reference lands as the punchline. The voice is flat and incredulous rather than shouted, which makes the three second exchange feel like a genuine double take. That deadpan timing is why it works so well out of context, turning an ordinary moment into an accusation that someone has completely lost the plot. Viewers instantly read it as shock, judgement and comedy at once, even without seeing the original scene or knowing what happened before it.
