Shared online as the Squiddy Birthday Song, the clip is credited in its file tags to Sketch under the title Sketchiest Birthday Ever. It circulates on soundboards as a short musical meme for birthdays, picked up by creators who need an instantly recognisable celebration cue without using a traditional birthday recording. Its appeal is its cartoonish tone and short length, which make it easy to drop into edits, streams and group chats. It remains popular for ironic birthday posts where the celebration feels deliberately exaggerated and silly.
