The origin of the Anthonnnnyy clip is not widely documented, so it circulates online mainly as a standalone name callout rather than a quote from a known film or show. Shared on soundboards and in short meme edits, it spread because any video featuring someone called Anthony can reuse it instantly. The exaggerated stretch on the final syllables makes it recognisable even without context, and creators pair it with reaction shots, text overlays and repeated calls. It remains popular as a simple, personalised joke that turns an ordinary name into a punchline.
À propos de ce son
The Anthonnnnyy sound is a drawn-out male voice calling the name Anthony, stretched for comic effect. Creators use it as a reaction and meme callout in edits.
This clip is a single male voice shouting the name Anthony with the final syllable stretched out far beyond normal speech, turning a simple name call into a dramatic announcement. The delivery builds from a normal call into an exaggerated, almost pleading yell that keeps rising in intensity. Because the name is drawn out for several seconds, the sound feels both urgent and ridiculous at once. Listeners hear it as an over the top summons, like someone desperately trying to get Anthony's attention from across a room, which is exactly why it lands as comedy rather than a genuine call.
