Koroks first appeared as forest spirits in The Wind Waker, but the discovery jingle in this clip comes from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, released by Nintendo in 2017 for Switch and Wii U. In that open-world game, hundreds of Koroks hide across Hyrule, and finding one awards a Korok Seed that Link can trade to expand his weapon, bow, and shield slots. The tune became a familiar reward cue for players, and it later spread through gameplay videos, streams, and memes as shorthand for finding something hidden.
À propos de ce son
The bright discovery jingle from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild that plays when Link finds a hidden Korok and earns an in-game seed reward.
This is the short, uplifting tune that rings out in Breath of the Wild the moment a Korok pops out of hiding, usually after Link lifts a rock, follows a trail of flowers, or solves a tiny puzzle in the wild. A light, playful melody rises over a soft chime, sounding warm, mischievous, and instantly rewarding, like a small secret has just been found. It lasts only a few seconds, but it lands with a feeling of delight and completion, turning a quiet moment of exploration into a cheerful payoff that Zelda players recognise immediately.
