The Cha Cha Slide is an instructional dance song by American DJ Casper, released in 2000 and built around spoken steps for a group line dance. Its caller lines, including this cue, became familiar at weddings, parties and school events, then travelled online as short clips detached from the full song. Creators reuse the phrase as a caption in sound form for anything unexpectedly graceful, and its link to the cha cha smooth meme keeps the joke instantly readable even without the music around it.
À propos de ce son
The DJ Casper voice line from the Cha Cha Slide saying cha cha real smooth, used in edits for a smooth move, dance moment or slick transition.
This is the short spoken cue from the Cha Cha Slide where the caller tells dancers to cha cha real smooth just before the cha cha step. A calm male voice delivers the line over the dance beat, stretched out in a relaxed, confident way that makes the instruction itself feel smooth. It lasts just over a second, so it lands like a knowing nod before something slick happens. Viewers instantly recognise the party dance context, and the line adds playful swagger to a move that might otherwise look clumsy or ordinary.
