Cicero is the Imperial jester and Keeper of the Dark Brotherhood in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, released by Bethesda in 2011. Known for his shrill voice, dancing, and devotion to the Night Mother, he became one of the game's most quoted followers. Clips of his lines circulated through YouTube, TikTok, and soundboards as players shared funny follower moments. This friendship line survives because it sums up his obsessive loyalty in a few seconds, making it easy to reuse far outside the original questline.
À propos de ce son
Cicero saying best friends forever from Skyrim, the Dark Brotherhood jester's creepy cheerful line used for ironic friendship and bestie edits.
This short voice clip captures Cicero, the eccentric jester assassin from Skyrim, stretching out the phrase best friends forever in his high, manic voice. The sweetness of the words clashes with his unsettling delivery, making it sound sincere and threatening at the same time. That contrast is the joke, and it lands instantly even without context. Viewers hear a loyal companion who is a little too devoted, which turns a simple friendship line into a creepy, funny punchline that sticks in the mind after the clip ends.
