Press it the second a plan falls apart in a heap

À propos de ce son

This split-second burst packs metallic clanks, hollow bonks and a crashing thud into about a fifth of a second, with bell, drum and horn colouring underneath the tumble. It feels instantly funny and exaggerated, turning a small slip into a full cartoon pile-up rather than a real accident. Jimmy MacDonald made it for the 1944 Donald Duck cartoon Contrary Condor, and it later entered the Hollywood Edge library.

Où les gens l'utilisent

TikTok
Add it over a pratfall clip so the fall lands as a clear comic punchline.
YouTube
Use it in a Short to punctuate a failed stunt before the next scene starts.
Instagram
Layer it onto a Reel of a clumsy mishap to make the tumble feel bigger.
Reddit
Post it under a slapstick fail video to underline the exact moment everything collapses.

Conseil pro

Time it to the exact frame of impact, because arriving even slightly early or late turns the pile-up into background noise instead of the joke itself.

Bon à savoir

Put it at the peak of the fall, after the setup line from It Was At This Moment He Knew, then let the Fail Sound Meme underline the aftermath before a Bruh Meme Sound closes the beat.

FAQ

Can I set Clank Bonks and Crash as a notification tone on my phone?

Yes, save the MP3 to your phone, then choose it in your sound settings as the notification tone for messages or alerts, so a slapstick crash announces each incoming message.

What should I play after Clank Bonks and Crash in a fail video?

Follow it with a short reaction sound, such as a groan or a flat Bruh, to let viewers sit with the mishap before the next clip or caption moves the edit on.

Does Clank Bonks and Crash work for a cartoon-style fall in a short video?

Yes, it suits a staged cartoon fall, a tumble down stairs or a character flattened by a plan, where a realistic impact would feel too harsh for the joke.
