Deep Rock Galactic is a co-operative first person shooter from Ghost Ship Games, released in full in 2020 after early access, where four dwarven miners work missions on the hostile planet Hoxxes IV. The Gunner is one of the four playable classes, and like the other dwarves he calls out objects that players ping with the laser pointer, including mushrooms growing in the caves. Repeatedly pinging the same mushroom became a running joke in the community, turning a routine callout into a shared meme that players quote during missions and in edited clips.
À propos de ce son
The Gunner dwarf shouting mushroom in Deep Rock Galactic, a short one second voice line players spam when pinging fungi or joking in co-op missions.
This is the Gunner class dwarf from Deep Rock Galactic shouting his mushroom callout in a loud, gravelly voice. The single word is barked fast and hard over about a second, with that thick dwarven delivery the game uses for every pinged object. In game it is meant to mark a mushroom for teammates, but out of context it lands as pure nonsense enthusiasm, like he has found the most important thing on the planet. That over the top excitement over something completely ordinary is exactly why players find it so funny and repeatable.
