Du Hast is a 1997 song by German industrial metal band Rammstein, released on the album Sehnsucht and later known worldwide for its pounding riff and repeated German chorus. The beep version is a short fan-made edit that keeps the recognisable musical build and replaces a lyric with a censor tone, turning an intense metal anthem into a joke about being cut off. That contrast is why it keeps circulating in memes and short videos, where a familiar song makes the censorship gag instantly readable even without context.
À propos de ce son
A Rammstein Du Hast clip where the famous chorus line is replaced by a beep, used as a joking censor effect and reaction sound in memes and short-form videos.
The clip takes the driving, industrial opening of Rammstein's Du Hast and cuts it down to a few seconds, ending with a sharp electronic beep where a word would normally land. The guitars stay heavy and clipped, the rhythm feels stomping and deliberate, and then the sudden bleep breaks the seriousness completely. It sounds like a song being censored mid-shout, which is exactly why it lands as a joke: listeners expect the full aggressive chorus, get silence replaced by a tone instead, and immediately recognise the gag. It works best as a quick punchline, not as music to listen to on its own.
