Kermit the Frog is one of the most recognisable characters from The Muppets, created by Jim Henson and known for his calm, thoughtful manner, which makes a sudden scream from him especially funny. Short clips of his voice have circulated for years on video platforms and social media, where editors reuse them as a shorthand for panic, shock, or exaggerated distress. The scream works because the contrast is immediate and familiar, even to viewers who have not watched a full Muppet show. It has become a staple reaction sound for fail videos, gaming clips, and comedy edits.
À propos de ce son
Kermit the Frog lets out a panicked scream in this short meme clip, perfect for funny reaction videos, edits and prank moments when something goes wrong.
This is the unmistakable scream of Kermit the Frog, stretched into a single high-pitched wail that sounds both panicked and cartoonishly dramatic. It starts abruptly, rises fast, and holds that frantic energy for just under two seconds, making it feel like a sudden shock rather than a slow build. The familiar Muppet voice gives it an instant comic edge, because the usually calm and polite frog sounds completely overwhelmed. Used in a video, it turns a small mistake, a jump scare, or an unexpected reveal into a punchline, and the audience recognises the joke before the clip even ends.
