Techno Syndrome (Mortal Kombat) was recorded by the electronic act The Immortals and released in 1994 as a tie-in with the Mortal Kombat franchise, soon becoming the series' unofficial anthem through the 1995 film and arcade culture. Its shouted title chant made it endlessly quotable, and the track resurfaced in internet memes, tournament streams and remixes as 90s nostalgia grew. The short clip format keeps the hype concentrated: just the driving beat and the famous chant, which is why it remains a favourite reaction and intro sound.
À propos de ce son
The famous Techno Syndrome track from Mortal Kombat by The Immortals, shouting the game's name over a driving techno beat. Used as a fight intro or hype meme drop.
The clip is the instantly recognisable Techno Syndrome theme from Mortal Kombat by The Immortals: a fast, aggressive early-90s techno beat layered with sirens, pounding synths and the repeated shouted chant of Mortal Kombat. It builds like a fight intro, each shout landing with comic seriousness over the driving rhythm. Listeners feel a rush of nostalgia and hype, the kind of sound that makes any ordinary moment feel like the start of an arcade showdown. Even people who never played the game recognise the chant, which is why it works as both a sincere hype track and an ironic meme drop.
