There is no widely documented origin for this phrase beyond its circulation as a short Portuguese meme audio clip online, and its humour comes more from the wording than from a famous film or show. Search interest centres on the exact Portuguese phrase, suggesting it spread through short-form video and soundboard sharing rather than a single viral moment. Its staying power is its specificity: the 14-inch measurement and the loose washer create a vivid, nonsensical image that works without context. That makes it easy to reuse whenever a creator needs a quick, absurd spoken punchline in Portuguese.
À propos de ce son
A short Brazilian meme audio clip with a voice repeating the phrase about a 14-inch screw calling a loose washer, popular in funny reaction videos and Reels.
The clip is a spoken Portuguese phrase delivered in a playful, exaggerated tone, repeating the odd image of a 14-inch screw calling out to a loose washer. The voice is clear and rhythmic, with emphasis on the size and the slang word for the washer, which makes the line sound absurd even before a listener understands every word. Because the wording is so specific and unexpected, it lands as a punchline on its own, prompting a laugh or a double-take. In short edits it works as an interruption, a caption for a clumsy repair moment, or a joke about something oversized trying to fit where it does not belong.
