Usada Pekora is a Japanese VTuber from hololive, recognizable for her rabbit ears, carrot accessories and loud, gremlin-like energy during game streams. Short clips of her reactions are widely reposted by fans, and this despair outburst became a favorite because it condenses her chaotic streaming persona into a few seconds. Shared across VTuber clip channels and meme edits, it moved beyond her usual audience and is now used as a standalone reaction for any dramatic failure, even by viewers who do not follow hololive regularly.

Usada Pekora's despair scream from hololive, a frantic outburst creators use for rage, failure and over-the-top reaction moments in funny edits.
This clip captures Usada Pekora breaking into full despair, starting with an angry shouted insult before collapsing into a long, high-pitched scream. Her voice cracks and rises as the frustration spills out, making the outburst feel both genuinely furious and absurdly funny at the same time. Because Pekora is usually playful and mischievous, hearing her lose control this completely lands as a shock. Viewers instantly read it as the moment a plan falls apart, a game goes wrong, or luck turns, which is why the scream hits harder than a generic rage sound.
