Pew pew has been the spoken imitation of a laser gun since early science fiction fandom, later becoming common internet slang for shooting in games and chat. Short recorded versions spread on soundboards and in video edits because the sound is instantly understood even without an image. This brief variant, credited to Anxion, is used as a clean, standalone effect rather than a line of dialogue, which makes it easy to reuse across gaming clips, animations and meme edits where a real weapon sound would feel too heavy or serious.
À propos de ce son
Pew pew 2 u is a short laser blaster sound effect imitating sci-fi gunfire, used in games, funny edits and memes for playful shooting scenes online.
This is a very short pew pew laser sound, just under half a second, made to mimic a toy sci-fi blaster firing. It has a bright, cartoonish zap with a quick pitch drop that makes it feel playful rather than dangerous. Because it is so brief and clean, it lands instantly over gameplay or a finger gun gesture and gets the joke across without any dialogue. Viewers hear it as a lighthearted imitation of shooting, the kind kids make when playing, so it softens action scenes and turns them into comedy.
