As Time Goes By was written by Herman Hupfeld and became famous through Casablanca, the Warner Bros romance whose piano melody became shorthand for longing and lost time. This short reflective arrangement keeps that association intact while presenting it as a polished studio fanfare, which is why it circulates online as a Warner Bros fanfare clip. Creators reuse it because the tune is instantly recognisable even without lyrics, giving a modern edit an immediate link to classic cinema without needing a long musical cue.
À propos de ce son
A short Warner Bros style fanfare built around As Time Goes By, used as a classic nostalgic intro sting for movie themed edits and reaction clips.
This fourteen-second clip opens with the familiar sweep of a studio fanfare before settling into the gentle, wistful melody of As Time Goes By, played in a warm, polished style that immediately recalls classic Hollywood. Brass and orchestral colour give it a grand, slightly sentimental lift, while the piano-led melody keeps it intimate rather than bombastic. The result feels like a curtain rising on an old film, instantly signalling nostalgia, romance and a touch of old-fashioned glamour. It works as a brief emotional cue, letting a viewer know something fondly remembered, lovingly parodied or deliberately cinematic is about to follow.
