The laugh comes from Vs. Mokey, a Friday Night Funkin' fan mod built around Mokey Mouse and other distorted cartoon characters, where Yekom appears as part of its unsettling cast. As gameplay clips and edited moments from the mod circulated on video platforms, the laugh was clipped and shared separately because it captured the mod's strange tone in just a few seconds. It remains popular with editors who want a short, instantly recognisable sound for creepy reveals, ironic horror edits, and Friday Night Funkin' memes.
À propos de ce son
Yekom's unsettling laugh from the Vs. Mokey mod is a short, creepy chuckle creators use in Friday Night Funkin' edits and meme videos for an eerie reveal.
This is Yekom's distinctive laugh, a brief burst of high-pitched, slightly distorted chuckling that sounds both playful and deeply unsettling. It starts with a sharp, almost cartoonish giggle before sliding into a longer, uneven cackle that feels off in a way that is hard to place. Heard on its own, it turns an ordinary moment into something strange, giving a character an unpredictable, mischievous edge. In edits, it works because the laugh does not sound quite human, so it makes viewers pause, laugh nervously, and wonder what is about to happen next.
