The clip comes from a Hikakin Minecraft video in which he was building an automatic flower machine. While working with redstone, he placed TNT on top of a redstone block, realised the danger, and reacted with the repeated Japanese phrase 'e, uso daro, uso daro'. Fans clipped the brief moment because his disbelief sounded so genuine and instantly recognisable. It has since circulated as a short reaction sound for Japanese-speaking creators and Minecraft fans, used whenever a mistake, surprise or near-disaster needs an immediate, funny voice of disbelief.
